I’m Melissa, and I help compassionate individuals who are looking to expand into their fullest potential and share their unique gifts with the world through mindfulness and self-reflective practices and money mindset education.
I've created the life of my dreams truly from building up the little moments. Meditation, journaling, eating healthy, baths, work I love, connection to nature, and social time is my every day. Alignment, clarity, self-reflection, and fulfillment is the way I choose to live.

Through her online courses, her podcast, Air & Earth, and her in person classes, Melissa inspires her community to trust the flow of life and to love boldly while living with integrity and using their gifts and resources to benefit others and the earth. Melissa is originally from Tennessee, but is currently based in Boulder, Colorado. Melissa is passionate about nature and has a master’s degree in environmental engineering. She loves spending time with family and friends, cooking yummy vegan food, and cuddling with her big dog, Forrest.
